Who says employee communications have to be dull? When Marshall Field's reopened their flagship store on State Street in Chicago, they turned to Larsen for a creative way to communicate to hundreds of team members about all the new Field's merchandise. Larsen created these fun Field's building cards. Colorful, flat, and notched for easy assembly, the cards were an instant hit! No one could resist building a tower. Team members even combined cards for extra-big constructions — that stayed up for days. And with the camaraderie came lots of knowledge about new Field's brands, partners, and exclusives.
